Xin Zhao is so powerful in Urf, and nobody knows this. You have a permanent attack speed buff, a permanent damage buff/knock up and is sticky as glue. We can abuse this by building attack speed on hit items, like devourer and botrk. You deal so much damage that you can demolish even tanks, not to mention 3 hitting squishes. Ezreal poking and blinking away? Gap close and knock them up. Hecarim charging at you? Skirmisher Smite and duel him- you'll win any 1v1, heck you can easily win a 1v3 with this build.

Start Krugs, every time. The stun helps with the clear. Then clear the jungle by doing the camp nearest to the one you just cleared. When you finish the jungle, you can either look to gank or back to get your skirms. Then, if they do not have a jungler, go to their side and take their camps. Try not to reveal yourself while clearing. Once you get devourer and farm a bit, you'll be strong, so look for ganks.
