Hugely disagree with Quint choice. Getting Mobi boots/Swiftness on a champion with as amazing mobility as Yasuo is a waste, especially when Merc Treads and Ninja Tabi can save his *** in some skirmishes. Hydra is pretty awful on Yasuo. You also get a total of 150% crit chance, which shows that you're either bad at math or don't know Yasuo's passive, or both. Black Cleaver is wasteful on Yasuo due to how much he benefits from raw AD as well as his ulti's free armor shred. Champion Lore is a bit of a wasted space. In your cons section, you call him Weak early game, which isn't true in many matchups. Also you call him squishy, despite his giant, low CD, shield. Then you pretty obviously copy and pasted from League of Legends Wiki (Which is hugely not okay, don't plagiarize and forget to cite). -1

Greater Quintessence of Scaling Attack Damage won't help you at all like. Sam thing about building pure Glass Cannon and don't mentioning Guardian Angel as an option. Simply remove Phantom Dancer, add Doran's Blade start and Mercury's Treads as alternative option. Furthermore, don't call your build "Standard all lane ADC" because he either isn't and ADC or viable in every lane - prefered mid and maybe top. Support, nope. Jungle, unsure.

Statikk Shiv with Phantom Dancer is an overkill. Good way to waste gold on inefficient items.
