I find mana regen glyphs very useful. I would use mana regen over shielding when jungling with nunu. You might want to add a few more rune options so newer players can see which ones they prefer when they play.

Your Cooldown Reduction goes far beyond the cap of 40% making your build highly ineffective.
(15%) (20%) (15%) (5%) (5%) => 60% you should skip one or two of these.
