I agree with DEWO, instead of 2nd PD and LW or Ghostblade go for DMG like a Thirster/Black Cleaver, The Brutalizer is also very efficient and if you completely rape your opponents Sword of the occult. Or go for survivability with FM and Lash if you didn't take Cleanse. Malady can be replaced too with Stark's, if no one else gets it. IMO it is way better than Malady, but that's not important here.
