Lux build based on cooldown reduction to keep it on 40%
with some great extra's of ability powers...

Runes

Runes are easly picked...

Greater Mark of Insight x9 = +0.95 magic penetration
Greater Seal of Clarity x9 = +0.065 mana regen / 5 sec. per lvel (1.17 at level 18)
Greater Glyph of Force x9 = +0.17 ability power per level (3.06 at champion level 18)
Greater Quintessence of Potency = +4.95 ability power

Masteries

The masteries for this has mana regen to make sure the ultimate easly is repeatable.

Items

A good choice for a good champion...

with alot of power and mana regeneration and cooldown reduction.

Skill Sequence

the very first abilities is the (E) button, better known as Lucent Singularity is a good option to go versus people hiding in bushes to throw it in and make it explode ;)
with combination of later level to damage, stun and beam them :)
