Ziggs is my favorite AP champ he is both fun to play and can do very much dmg.

is as much useful in early game as in late game that's why i use them. if you don't feel like having this rune then Greater Mark of Scaling Ability Power or Greater Mark of Ability Power will be most useful. Greater Mark of Magic Penetration cost 410 IP in the shop

greater seal of replenishment i use this rune to be able to stay on lane longer in early game. you need to stay on lane as long as possibly so you can buy another Doran's Ring and the Boots of Swiftness. if you don't want to use this rune then Greater Seal of Ability Power is the one you should use in that case. greater seal of replenishment cost 250 IP in the shop

this rune is useful in the whole game! it makes the cooldown shorter which can save your life some times. if you don't want to use this rune then you should use Greater Glyph of Ability Power. Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction cost 820 IP in the shop

i use this rune to get some AP in early game you need it to do more dmg to the opponent/opponents you are play against. other runes you could use is Greater Quintessence of Cooldown Reduction or Greater Quintessence of Magic Penetration. Greater Quintessence of Ability Power cost 1025 IP in the shop
