HOW TO PLAY
This build is all about managing your amassing a big cs lead over your opponent. Make dure ti constantly harass with PTA and slow. if you are engaged on (eg: Jax) simply stand in the eace and double bomb yourself. As he ealks away, he will take minion aggro and you can proc your PTA. 100% won trade always.
