Help for a league player's fiance

Originally, I was going to put a picture of myself playing league at his desk (while in my dress) on the screen, but then my imaginative self kicked in, and I thought it'd be a million times cooler if there was a way I could turn myself into a league champion and place that on the screen instead. Anyways, I guess what I'm trying to ask is if there's any program (or any other way) that I could transform myself into a league champion (with my dress on of course)? I'm not sure if I've come to the right place (forgive me if I'm wrong), but any help would be extremely appreciated and I thought that reaching out to players familiar with the game would be best.
