You can upload the .xcf or .psd in Mediafire or Dropbox.
Personally I like Mediafire more.

Well the .xcf or .psd is just for the community to learn.
Still would be nice if you would post a result,so the people can see what you can do with limited resources!

Probably not going to participate, sigs aren't really my thing, but I just wanted to say I thought this is an awesome idea and a good way for sig makers to test / improve their skills! Would love to see more of these in the future! :)
