If he doesn't want to spend time on it to make it a top-worth guide, then it isn't top-worthy...

Yeah wrath is right , and the most skarner guides already got alot of votes because they were released early.
And because there are no other guides people will check out ALL the skarner guides :P, so i guess they've been noticed alrdy.
