well, for hard CC like stuns.... you have almost none.
Silences are great, but it isnt enough for CC
Garen - no CC except silence
Lee - slow, and CC ult.
Vayne - Unreliable CC
Zilean - only a slow
Annie - good CC
Brand - not reliable enough, and only single target.
Maybe take a taric or janna instead of zilean.

aha. But lee sin does great damage, so i wouldnt sacrifice him. I would change the support.
Also, Sona is a bit UP right now, her heal is terrible

yep, zilean is a great support, but your team doesnt have enough hard CC, so really, I would go for janna. She gives a great AD buff with her shield and her tornado and ult is so awesome for teamfights. Taric is just really nice against AD down at bot. Otherwise, I would take Annie for your AP because her CC is AOE and it is more reliable.

disagree, she has great harass early game thanks to
Power Chord. Supports can support in other ways than healing. And her healing is actually pretty strong late game since it's on a low cooldown.
