here you are, it could be helpful:
Hunter's Machete + 5 health potions
then:
Mobiliti boots + Spirit of the Elder Lizard
next:
Iceborn Gauntlet + Sunfire Cape/Spirit Vistage + Maw of Malmortius/Ravenous Hydra
My full build usually looks that way:
Mobiliti boots + Spirit of the Elder Lizard + Iceborn Gauntlet + Sunfire Cape + Spirit Vistage + Ravenous Hydra
Or something like that... maybe Warmog's Armor instead of Spirit Vistage?
