the top part of guides that gives you pictures of the runes and what they are. how many etc. the masteries, and the item sequence

just set up all your runes/masteries/items and when you "view" it will be shown like that

do you have 2 or more builds into your guide? then you need to click on the champion portrait to get it displayed

Firstly you have to add the Champion, as I see no champion in your current Akali guide. A cheat sheet is also a page filled with the most important item and masteries (etc) related information that can be opened after adding the Champion into your guide and filling in the information.
