Okay so my build has been stagnant for a while. Technically I have 3 builds, but I really only focused on the on hit effect one...umm. Specifically I was wondering if I did the threat list right, and if there could be better runes and masteries? It focuses on on hit effects, but my threat list is mainly theory since I haven't played against a lot of the champions on it, basically just looking at their skills and seeing if they **** me up.
