Well seems like you have some stuff to work on Meiyjhe, but I think you're good to start hosting and you'll get better at balancing by practice. I would just advise asking people's opinions on the balance before starting. Some of the more veteran inhouse players can probably give pretty good advice on balance. :P

I do have ONE tip: Wins and rank don't always mirror player skill, try and watch the way the players who frequent your inhouses play. I mean, someone might have 200 wins but beat someone with 800 wins in lane, consistently. If you know this you can bet that the 200 win player is better than his win/loss ratio makes it appear.
