This is French. Basically he is Introducing himself and asking for teammates and selling his group as a fun one. I didn't get what level of play the group is at but it doesn't seem to matter. My French is a broken though, I could only grab at about half of this.

close enough, but to be specific what hes saying is that he wants to create a new community of players by enlarging his already existent circle of friends. the goal is to become better players but specifically have lots of fun. hes noted a teamspeak server address to come join too. he specifies that hes french-canadian but doesnt really tell whether or not hed exclusively like french-canadian players, players from his server region (NA) or from wherever though. his IGN's Masefer (NA presumably) and you can join a chatroom he runs called ComeQc. finally, he wants to remind us of the fact that he loves our faces.
