Well, bringing out a big event is no easy task and I guess, that some of Riot's employees had lost pounds of sweat while trying to fix the fiasco, but in general, yes- it could have been handled better.
But seeing how E- Sport Events are still in their children's shoes I would hope that bigger companies get some people on board who are highly trained in event management to make future events being less smiled upon...

Should just remake entire quarterfinals... Cheating caught in every match except m5.. Riot's official statement is ******** as well. You would think that after three years of doing esports and three years of mismanaging they would figure out how to do PR correctly. They don't deserve the 500k viewers that they are getting.
