Well this just came to my mind because some one left on our team, and we could win 1 4v5 even tho we had a huge lead, so... what do you think? should there be elo compensations for people who leave in games?

Just so you know, the leaver is penalized with Elo loss even if the team wins.

I'm not sure what you want.

The leaver get elo compensation? No, lol, why motivate leavers to win elo.
The team with a leaver get compensation? No, because it also motivates leavers, specially duo queuers.

Compensation is for the better, not worse!

I'd want the people who stay to get a elo-loss reduction, and the leaver to get a higher Elo-loss. Like if you were going to lose 12 Elo, you can lose 9 and the leaver loses 24?

I think that if someone opens the menu and clicks leave game during the ranked game, if his team loses, he loses all the elo his 4 teammates would have lost, so 55+ elo, but this would be a bad idea, and it wouldn't protect players from manually dc'ing onpurpose.
