I'm well known among Talon players, not EUW solo queue lol. I doubt they knew who I was. Maybe the 300 Talon games from lolnexus tipped them off, but ****, I've never been camped to such a massive extent, and 300 games isn't much more than 270.

Camping is exactly the reason why I take everything to jungle. :P

Maybe you just was against jungler who likes to camp and happened to choose your lane?
Maybe that jungler camps some lane every game and it's his/hers playstyle.
Anyways being camped aren't excuse to die. One problem could be that Talon maybe didn't fit into that comp, since you had Nasus and Tristana going for late game, both wanting to farm up, while Talon and Yasou aren't best possible choices for turtling.
One thing that comes to mind if you would have survived from first gank and recognized you are about to being camp you could have asked Nasus to hold mid (which he is very good at) and try to make something happen at bot before it went wrong there.
Top was only lane that seemed to lost instead of being facerolled.
Just my opinion though, without actually seeing the game or even being platinium ^^ But hope you don't get offended or anything.
