I think I spotted a secret Spell Vamp buff at PBE. If you read the notes in () at Hextech Revolver, you read:

Quoted:
Ability Damage heals you for a percentage of the damage dealed. AoE spells benefit half as much from Spell Vamp


Also note that the Spell Vamp part of Hextech Gunblade is no longer unique. Could this possibly make HTGB stacking good again? Isn't Jax already good enough?

i noticed it too but it didnt seem that big since it was from 33% to 50%

GG, not going to be a valid item for Rumble anymore. Gosh, well that kinda messed up Rumble's sustain.

...are you serious? it went UP NOT DOWN AoE spells used to only get 33% spell vamp, now theyll get 50% spell vamp
