Definetly Quinn. She works the best on solo line, can easly score a first blood with strong early burst from passive, e, passive. If your opponent takes fighter or tank Quinn has range dominance,if it is other adc it's a blind that makes her stronger. Things gets harder with mages because she's squishy. When you can get away from fighters and assasins and attack them fron distance you don't have this possibility with mages range skills. You should be scared of Malphite and Teemo. Also Varus counters Valor with his own ult.
