Alt+Prt Scr will take a screenshot of the active window (i.e. League of Legends client), so you won't have your desktop in the background.
Once you have saved your image (using Paint is fine), go to an image hosting site like imageshack or photobucket and upload your image there. Then paste the url into your guide like so:
[ img ]URL HERE[ img ] (but without the spaces)

Press print screen, then open paint and press Ctrl+V. Then save it somewhere and upload it to an image website.
