It's true, pix isn't as strong as teemos poison, but you don't have to put points into it. They're very similar champions, except teemo has arguably the worst passive in the game. Her passive is a weaker version of his E skill, and she has a different skill to replace his E... If we're comparing: I'd say self cast Whimsy is better than Move quick. Glitterlance is better than the damage portion of Blinding Dart. Aggressive cast Whimsy is better than the blind portion of Blinding Dart. Her ult is a lot better than his. And her E skill is better than his nothing, because he literally only has 3 skills. The only thing he has on her skill wise, is his E beats her passive, everything else imo at least, is in her favour, and even moreso, because all her skills are good at lvl 1, and his all need to be leveled before they're really useful..[/quote]
