but ashe got buffed...She has that "dark arrow" skin or whatever....And everyone owns ashe because she's pretty much "free"

Skins are not made so the champ looks like his normal self. Look at the Fallen Angel Morg skin or the legendary once. They are all good because the put that champ into a new light
