Yeah, but sleper has a "bad game" almost every single consecutive game he has.
I only got to game 3 after 25 minutes so i wouldn't know, but he was certainly behind and god awful at positioning.
120 cs at 100 minutes on ashe at game 2
140 cs at 100 minutes with graves at game 3
^this is 1400 elo standard^
at game 4 he actually did a pretty good game with a decent cs 170 at 100 minutes and 2 kills. But even then, he just ends up suiciding twice into teamfights the last 2 teamfights luckily the rest of curse were fed as **** so they did just fine without him.

Go get on a team then talk. I've played in some small scale tournies with some teams of friends and the environment especially on stream is completely different from normals and solo queue. Theres a reason pro teams stomp the competition when they play gold elo level teams in smaller tournaments like Go4LoL. Anyone can look back and say "oh hes bad even though hes 2k elo and on a pro team"

3 games in a row, he's been far behind in cs.
3 games in a row, he's been feeding.
3 games in a row, he's been caught out of position multiple times during a game.
3 games in a row, when they came to the "final teamfight" he didn't do any damage because he was; behind in items, out of position or just not there.
I'm just getting sooo frustrated that baddies like this are actually playing on the pro-scene.
I know he's won mlg and ****, but he was carried by the other members of M5 -> There's a reason they almost exclusively let him play ashe and argot, cuz he would be useful regardless of how bad he was.
