He isn't underpowered, the general public just doesn't know how to use them and blindly follow Xaioli's guide on this site, expecting to be just as good as him. Whenever I play twitch (ranked or normal) I always dominate. :V

Hell no. Maybe if you're solo queueing, but if you're playing twitch, roaming is a must. + it's super fun.

He has a good nuke. Ok range. A OK aoe slow. An AS, range and AD steriod.
The only problem i see with him is that his main escape mechanism is stealth, wich can be counterd by oracles. But then again, assassins, meele ad and tanky dps usually never carry oracle anyway.
In my opinion the only thing you wuld need to tweak about him is his base stats, because he seem to play like an OK ranged carry. And to my surprise, an OK aggressive jungler.
