Towers only give global gold anyway, so there won't be any mechanical change to the game. I believe they're only changing the tower destruction box to show all champions who participated in taking down the tower rather than just the killer.

Nasty nerf to Singed. He was a nuisance during the midgame, but you really needed to play him well late game, because his Poison Trail would just get healed through with lifesteal.
LOL @ Blade of the Ruined King. Went from being a useless item, to being a core on all ADCS, back to being a useless item.

It wasnt useless, it was dayum OP, and it isnt useless either now.
It's far more generic than before, but BotRK was always good. I have to admit it's use was much narrower before though.
