Since his nerfs he hasn't been much of a threat tbh....I mean "free cleanse" and some poke damage, but he's still a melee brawler more than Off-Tank DPS....So that invites a lot of issues inherently. But I think he's at a good spot. Much better than he was with 5, or even 4 stacks of his stupid *** DoT+Slow.
