I thought AP Alistar was killed in the patch or is the version on their servers from before the nerfs?

Apparently not. It said that all the balances were in and the version they were using was the live version minus Orianna.

It's a No Orianna build, so it's possible, but i doubt it.
That TF Full combo with 2x Lich Bane should have killed him if it were pre nerf.
