^Depends on which one you got first. If you got the honorable ribbon first, it will stay that way until you lose it. Also, if you are given more honorables in a short amount of time than teamworks (like, the same number of honorables in a week as teamworks in a month or something), the system is based off of how consistently you are honored, not how many you have overall.

EDIT: just saw the previous post, thanks. But how can you get blue or yellow then ? Because you can't get more yellow or blue honor (helpful/friendly) than teamwork, that doesn't seem realistic.

You have to actually get some weird ratio of Helpful+Friendly to get the other colors.
As for the, "Which ribbon will I see?" question, it's all based on whatever is the rarest ribbon for your region. Honorable opponent is by far the easiest to earn, and it will disappear if you don't get much honor afterwards, as with all ribbons.
