Spell Vamp > HP on a champion with such low cooldowns.
Also, The Resist vs. HP Argument is a bit flawed.
Resists+HP is the best, but you should always build resists first because of how large your base health pool is.
Then you buy Health to multiply your resistances, and then you buy resists because you get to the point where health isn't as cost effective as resists.
The reason I tested it was because people were ignoring anything about Warmogs, saying "get 200+ armor and MR", but thats totaly a lie. You'll spend a whole match getting armor and MR? 4 items slots + boots, and 1 slot for HP?

Warmog isn't bad. It's just not useful on as many champions as other resistance/HP items. It's lovely when combined with Atma, for example.
For champions who rely kinda heavily on their shield (like Morde) you should be building almost only resistances though, and that means that Warmog is a NONO.

People like Amumu, Leona, and Singed.
Since most Carries don't get to the point where Warmog's would be effective in terms of ehp.

Atmogs is a good combo, but I play as Mordekaiser and AD isnt his main status, so I get FoN.
Warmogs + FoN combo makes your regen crazy, 150+ HP/5. The shield becomes a protection so I can recover HP while enemies hit me.
Lets go back to the main point.
Lets choose Shen. If you get 200+ armor and MR, you'll spend 5 item slots (2 armor, 2 MR and boots). Getting 5 items doesnt happen very often, so you'll get no HP. I think that getting "defense - HP - defense" is better than "defense - defense - HP".
