When you download the patch, find the patch file inside your drive.
Riot games > League of legends > Rad > files.
Copy the files to a separate folder, and just replace everytime you want to switch servers.

If you're fully updated, switching will normally take less then 10 seconds.
The patches will take longer, but that's only on patch days.

After that I changed back to North/east again and the patch redownloads.
Will this happen every time I change server or is it just a bugg or something? o_o'
