Well the difference is that while Talon can burst you and get away with ulti, that's the end of it + early you have to care for your Mana.
Zed normally goes autoattacking commando and sticks to you if nobody can peel him.
But IMO Talon is pretty strong, the moment he hits lvl 6 he can freely trade without fearing a counter.
You need a pink ward in lane and some cc in order to return some dmg.
And I can't see how Armor counters him. You can't stack armor on mid, adc, etc.
Brutalizer into BC and after Vampire (maybe Bloodthirster upgrade) directly another Brutalizer + Last Whisper as 5.-6. item.
Except for Bloodtirster you dont need anything with big AD numbers, the AD on those ARP items is enough.

Glad you read my post... Like i said he does same dmg hes just less fun to play so your still dead in a few seconds.
I would have rather his dmg been nerfed than his speed he feels clunky now.
His damage is still good, his late game is still amongst the best.
His W is utter garbage. Like honestly possibly one of the worst spells. You can reach your location about as fast as the shadow moves with just boots 2, it's a total joke.
