Even if you fixed every single mechanical problem with the idea (which is pretty impossible) you still have the whole problem of "OMG ASHE UR FEEDING SO FKN HARD LEAVE GAME NOOB". It encourages people playing the blame and flame game in the hopes that they'll bully the person into leaving and get out of losing and god knows league players already do that **** enough as it is.
