I would say, trying to get up elo?
Play Graves as your AD
Play Ryze as your mid
Play Riven as your top
Play Nautilus and Malphite as your Junglers

Supports dont get you elo unless your AD carry is really good

Annie is surprisingly strong for most and since she is rarely played she can easily spoon in victory.

One of my friend got to 1700 elo just playing annie, he cannot even play any other champion and still buys meija's everygames

Only time I ever support in ranked is for a Duo Queue.
I usually top in Solo Queue. Maybe try Singed, Darius, or Rumble
