is being level 28 much different from level 30

I seem to find people whining or raging before losing at early levels. Most of the time after 30 people seem more casual with one fag or two from time to time. At least I don't see someone yelling noob or feeder too often. However brushing your own skills are needed or you'll feel miserable for yourself =/[/quote]
