I've only seen 1 Olaf in over 200 s3 ranked matches

Olaf issue is the fact that he got like Heavy Nerfs+Huge Item nerfs that basically wrecked him

that being said his win ratio is said to be pretty good at like Diamond and Challenger lvl

Last month, across all regions, Diamond tier = 37.83% win rate. Fantastic.

Challenger he goes up to 48% but in only 33 games in the last month.

I think the change to his axe slow was a bit too far.

The removal of his passive armor pen was the major nerf.

Jax gets a huge passive boost from ultimate, Darius get armor pen for free basically and Olaf gets stomped to the ground when he wasn't even OP.

So sad.

I was thinking about it again after reading this thread and I came up with some changes, pick and choose 2 that should make him viable again:

- Q slow does not fade over duration.
- Increase W duration to 10 seconds, increase CD to 20.
- Make E lower base damage but scale with %HP damage (or missing %HP maybe), increase CD to 10.
- Ragnarok retains effects, after 6 seconds you lose CC immunity but other stats decay over 4 seconds.

I agree. The nature of his kit made him a forced pick/ban in Korea. I just don't see why they changed his slow because its literally the only way he can pin people down. Now he does less damage and can't hold on to anyone when his ult is down. They need to revert the slow nerfs and allow him his chasing potential.

He should be able to pressure the ADC out of a fight, but not instantly kill them.

That was the whole point of the thread I opened a while ago. How to make him viable but not OP.
