the thing to remember about this is that it's based on the item, not the champion using it. ill use kat as an example since thats who i play. rylais on her is extremely useful because the slow keeps enemies in her ult (death lotus) longer, whereas it would be nearly useless for a champ that is attack or support based or has super long cooldown. really good chart though. very thorough
This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

So how does it work out which are good and which are bad because I can't really understand how it would come up with those percentages

It's going by efficiency. If something is negative in efficiency, it means you can get the same stats using items that cost less.

Yeah. It calculates how much money 1 attack damage costs (not sure how) and then finds if an item is worth the money you pay for it based on how much damage it has versus how much 1 damage costs.

(I only used attack damage as an example, it does it with all stats.

This is kinda flawed. It mainly focuses on AD and AP ratios to gold spent. Totaly ignoring passives and so on. After studying it a bit... rageblade would be THE ITEM... which is not :P

It doesn't necessarily ignore the passives. But there isn't really a way to take those into account. You can't really calculate how much CDR costs. It does say however that if an item is inefficient, or negative in cost, then that value is how much you are spending for that passive. So while it does in a way take the passives into account, it doesn't take them into account of the total efficieny. It leaves that for you to decide.

Wouldn't it make sense to try and use common sense to decide which passives are better?
Or even make a thread to discuss it
I mean cooldown reduction would be worth something like 150 Gold per 10% maybe?
