Hmm I myself have been playing Jungle Cho'Gath a lot recently. I notice it is super effective to start with cloth armor and 5 HP pots.I go for the wolfs first with his E and then going to do blue with your smite. After that Wraith>Mini Golems> Red with smite(3:55 clear time)> Wolfs should respawn by now> Wraiths > Lil Golems > Gank or buy. I use a pretty standard rune page Red/Blue Att spd (for his E early on) Yellow Flat Armor and Flat HP Quints. Although you don't need those runes for jungling with him since you can use anything on your red/yellow/blue as long as you have Flat HP Quints. He is a amazing jungler although he lacks a bit on ganking. Also the best part he is SUPER fun.

Yes I agree, I guess everyone has their different poison.

With blue buff, however, mana isn't really a problem. And with the route taken, you have blue buff for the full duration of your jungle. ^_^
I've had it run out between ganks... sucked..
