IF your build does not get any attesion it might mean something... Like your build is not good enaugh to even look and comment it. IDK.

Don't worry, people will give you feed back if they feel it's usefull. Sometimes, there's just nothing to say (for any reason).
For having already commented one of your builds (Kassadin if i remember well), i know you accept them really well and think about what you're said, so i try to have a look at all your builds, but it takes time i don't always have (and i also look at a lot of others, even if i don't comment).
My rule is : if i rate, i have to comment. Sometimes i comment withouth rating (i don't like voting -1, i do it only on bad builds with bad comments and pretentious descriptions).
As it was said, try to work on your title : you should let champion's name (at least) and orientation (at best) appear. This helps people to have a look at the build (there are plenty of new builds every day, and not even the half is decent, so if one don't know the build maker, it's often skipped). And pray for someone to read and comment :p
Even if other people make ****, that does not make your actions better !

Have you ever had to write essays before?
You're first: Supposed to have a title that draws the reader in, you won't want an essay saying "Why I Like Pie So Much". Whereas "Pie: The Substance of My Life" sounds far more interesting, correct?
Content also has absolutely no worth in itself if the context is complete ********.
If an essay were like:
So yea, and stuff, because I like it and it's cool and stuff.
Rather than:
So the first time I tasted pie, it was as if my taste buds were on a mission the the sun while it was going supernova. It was just that ****ing awesome.
The 2nd one was far more interesting and it balanced out the content along with the context.
P.S. Just as a side-note, don't advertise your build on the forums, we generally see that as spam and look down upon it. Many builds that are popular today are really old before the forums even came up so they had no way of showing everyone their build other than making it neat and having a great description, etc. If your build is truly that good then its popularity will pick up over time, it's not like Justin Beiber (one song and the world goes crazy over some little girl).

If you post a build/guide, that means you want to give feedback to the others not require it after posting. If you want some info try making a topic on forum and discuss it there or just ask som1 with similar to your own build your questions.

Hasn't had much attention this is the build I've been using and I was actually hoping for feedback so I could improve my play style and the likes >_< I love playing twisted fate but I think I can be a whole lot better with some outside opinions!
