New Ashe passive

Volley should not be allowed to crit...

she's honestly still a good adc at some times at the moment, it's not like she's 100% unviable. If they did that they would probably have to nerf the base damage which would make her early game worse..

The on-hit effect would make statik shiv broken I think, cause the stacks would build up incredibly fast. I don't know that for sure, maybe it wouldn't even be that good, but thats my thinking. (You could build it up extremely fast if you hit each arrow on a mob or in a team fight)

I do completely agree, but I just wish she recieved more love.
Her playstyle is exactly how I like to play adc, but right now she seems so outclassed.
It would be fun to play around with an overpowered Ashe for awhile...

Volley simply should not allow apply on hit effects + crits because these are 7 arrows in total with in the end a very short cooldown. This could make Ashe a teambreaking ADC, way too powerful.

Wouldn't it just be fine if we would give Ashe like a passive amount of bonus crit chance? Like 15% or something. There doesn't necessarily need to be a whole system behind it :P. Simplicity can do wonders.

Still, if you want some kind of system behind it; If Ashe slowed an enemy champion for a total of 8 seconds, the next attack will be a guaranteed critical hit. The slows do not necessarily have to be continues, meaning that you can like slow an enemy for 4 seconds, and then 10 seconds later, slow an enemy again for 4 seconds :P

she's a niche pick as an ADC who is picked mainly for her utility.

she's inherently weaker for that reason
