Next Ultimate Skin

There comes Super Galaxy Rumble, So I don't think you can rule out eve. However from the list it looks like only [[Skarner]] fits. [[Xerath]]and [[Nautilus]] owns an epic skin, while [[Nami]], [[Diana]], [[Vi]], [[Rumble]], [[Zyra]] and [[Rengar]] has skins fairly recently, [[Vel'koz]] was released not so long ago and since [[Elise]] has [[Victorious Elise]] it most likely won't be her. I guessed [[Swain]] and [[Karma]] before Morello's hint, since Dragon Master Swain (well...) and [[Karma]] being quite unpopular. So...
