The solution IS to carry harder though. You will lose games because people DO suck horribly huge balls at 800 elo, but if you carry hard every game you will eventually get out.
Speaking from experience^^ I've climbed from 800 elo to 1150 and stil rising. (2 1/2 weeks after buying Irelia lol)

Nope. I've been at 1200 twice (start of season one and season two) and both times I quickly rose above 1400.
Your real skill will carry you to ~100 within your true elo.

It ends at top 10 because they're the only ones who are legitimately the best players, and all of the top 10 players are trying really hard.

IMHO elo hell is 1050-. This is where people just can't play/dont even try. 1050-1150 The majority of players are actually trying, but the majority of them just aren't good enough to rise. 1200-1400 is your average player, so it's not all cookies and milk, but very manageable.
In my opinion everything beneath ~1250 is Elo hell. Been at 1250 my lowest point after soft elo reset and I don't want to return to that trolling ground. At 1450 where I am players can atleast form decent teams.

Again; nope.
There aren't enough players at that elo range to enable them to only que with players at their skill level. You can see them que for hours and still get matched with 1800elo players.

1400 + I now see the light, 80% of the players I play with or against have a pretty good grasp on the game.
Instead of at the 1000 level where I'm lucky to get one or two other people who seem to have a idea of what is going on.

I have several friends who ***** about being stuck in Elo Hell and thats not the reason they are stuck at the that Elo. Its because they deserve to be at that Elo.
Elo Hell is not experienced by most people. I have people who complain about Elo Hell at 1500+ rating.
Thats not Elo Hell. Thats people making bad decisions or having bad games.
Now if you drop below 1000 rating and continue to lose ever game because people go 0/23/1 then thats Elo Hell.
As I said, people just blame it too quickly when its not the problem.
