In Australia we have a government health care system so doctors are really cheap and sometimes free.

4 people got their roles, one guy doesn't speak, and suddenly he says "i can adc" when nobody asked. In a state of confusion two people locked mid and the roles got scrambled up.

Yeah, the Lucian changes probably aren't going to have much of an impact. The damage reduction on Lightslinger is a step in the right direction, but it's still enough to easily bully someone out. Not to mention Piercing Light still does a lot of damage early game. The lowering of the duration of Lightslinger helps him fits his archetype better, but is not going to impact his playstyle in any way. You still will just as easily be weaving basic attacks with your abilities. I'm still expecting Lucian to be on top.
