Isn't Lemmy the only artist to release music on seven different decades?
And if he followed in the steps of Dio, it might have been stomach cancer. I think they aren't that aggressive usually, though. Then again, he may have had poor general health or substance use in the first place to weaken his body so it hit harder than on any "normal" person.

Rengar is a balanced character.
Seriously what can an adc do against a fed and skilled* Rengar? He was able to kill me in the fountain even.

Abuse the **** out of the fact he has a weak early-game – hell, he's just really weak before he gets to any significant item as his kit offers very little power spikes of its own – so make sure you have superior, if not flat-out oppressive, lane-matchups and pair this with proper warding.
In addition, pick champions which can survive his initial burst and have mobility, although do make sure to predict his E; Lucian and Tristana are good picks ( Draven and Varus are personal favourites of mine which can work as well), especially with Trist's ability to just shove him away. Additionally, picking Exhaust as the adc and Heal on the support is also a strategy that works quite well.
*As for the fed and skilled part – wait, there's skill involved in playing Rengar?! – then there is very little you can do yourself as an ADC. Having Exhaust is typically the best way to just survive his engages, and if he is the only problem, then your team should have no problem dealing with him.
P.S. Taking Insight and Ionian Boots of Lucidity are useful too; keeping your Flash and Exhaust/ Heal on the lowest possible cool down.

If slightly serious: Yeah, sure, why not?
If serious: No, just don't. Hourglass got a price increase and it offers nothing that you could possibly outside of the active. Better alternatives are Sterak's Gage and Guardian Angel.

It is a bit sad though.
Also, he was 70 years old. not sure if that's incredibly relevant, but it seems worth mentioning so I'm putting it down.
