No I didn't cause a) I was bloody tired and couldn't be ***ed to put in the new UI changes, Atma's Nerf, Rune Changes, Kayle buff, etc. and b) if you ever saw Lulu on PBE you would definitely not want the same ******** to happen again with Hecarim.
PBE isn't a place for testing champions, getting free IP/RP, etc.
It's actually against PBE ToS to do that...

played him on pbe
go mobility boots 3 pds trinity force and ie
he gets 25% of his bonus ms as ad (10 plus 2.5 every so levels)
his q has a base of 4 second cd
hitting an enemy with q drops the cd to 3 seconds. casting it again and hitting an enemy drops it to 2 seconds
his w, oh god. large aoe that heals him 20% of the damage enemies take while inside it
that fun as **** ult
jungling initiator champion. definitely.
