Not like it matters, since they're nerfing him soon but I always wondered...

Does Raise Morale still deny XP if the opponent is in range of the creep that died? This is probably common knowledge, but I never knew.

If it gets shot 0xp comes out of it, regardless if the enemy is in range.

Yeah they get no xp. Had a GP/Morde hardcore denying and blocking me 2v1 as Veigar one game and they kept me pretty much at their level. But in the end we still won.

Tbh a 2v1 GP probably isn't making much of a difference, especially with Morde pushing his lanes. I just watched a game with TreeEskimo playing DenyPlank and stressing how important it is for him to be solo mid or top (preferably top) because his lane will be pushed back, making it easy for the jungler to gank.
