Any source of damage will make you unable to stealth until you take no damage at all. Sometimes
the stealth system gets buggy and lets you go stealth while poisoned, but doesnt allow you to go when soft-cced. (i.e slow)
P.S.
If you wanna lane as a eve, lane with zilean.
Let zilean put a bomb on you, go stealth, walk up to them and boom. DOUBLE KILL FIRST BLOOD
Me and my bro always do this when we are bored. ^_^
