yi can solo baron at 22 mins with sated devourer....
kayle is kinda fun with it, it was hard to tell but i'm pretty sure it procs runaans twice from what i was seeing in game. also kayle e changes give her a very small amount of help early. She still has a horrible 1st clear, although i think she just needs a rune/mastery setup built and optimized SPECIFICALLY for her, something i don't have.

Runaan's Huricanne doesn't work with Sated Devourer, as it is an on-attack effect.
The most broken Devourer champion is definitly Xin Zhao, due to his strong earlygame, he can get snowballing and this lets him get Devourer stacks way faster than others. Also, he has 2 abilities that work with it, his Knock up comes in 2 hits (only CC that gets stronger with Devourer) and his heal as well. And the damage with Blade + Q + W + Sated Devourer is just insane for a tanky dude like him.

On the PBE, I saw a bunch of people trying Sated Devourer Vayne - both from the bottom lane and jungle. The jungle Vaynes were terrible. However, I keep thinking there's a space for Twitch jungle to become a thing again. After all, Sated Devourer would let him apply his poison stacks that much more quickly and the faster application of Blade of the Ruined King and Black Cleaver on-hit effects would be great for him. And, if Sated Devourer works with his ultimate, then he can do all of this in an AOE. Plus, Twitch's invisibility makes him a natural ganker.
