WTF liandries instead of D cap.
instead of going Chalice of Harmony i would go triple D( Doran's Ring)
Im assuming he is playing LeBlanc of course.

Are all Aram players bronze.
WTF deathcap is essential on APCs but thats just me.
i would take liandry's or Void Staff but never both on APCs.

Never heard of this.. Rabadon's Deathcap is pretty much mandatory in a full build, since it has massive AP+30%, which adds even more massive AP. I know that items like Deathfire Grasp, Zhonya's Hourglass and Abyssal Mask are better than it for early-mid game, but there's no excuse not to build a Rabadon's Deathcap in your final build.
For example, if they would just drop the Abyssal Mask or the Void Staff, they would jump from +430 AP to a massive +624 AP. You gain 194 AP while losing only a little utility.

Well I noticed that I do not buy a Deathcap myself even in normals since I'd rather buy AP items with utility. So I guess alot of ppl just concentrate on DFG and Zhonyas.
Also the building of a Deathcap takes alot of money without giving you anything else than AP.
But that might be cause im a ****ty midlaner with ****ty farming mechanics xD

In no way, shape or form is Rabadon's Deathcap an obligatory item. It comes very very close for an AP mage, but that's just it, it comes close.
Especially in ARAM, where people tend to stack more MR to mitigate poke, a Void Staff is on par or an even better choice, depending on the amount of MR stacked.
That LeBlanc build was awful and she should have gone with a Rabadon's Deathcap indeed, that doesn't mean everybody and their mother should get it if you need AP.

So, I was trying to have some fun, or at least get some distraction, in ARAM. LeBlanc was randomized for a teammate, so I tried to trade with him. He declined and wrote in chat "I main LB".
I smelled something fishy, as LB is not really in the best spot, so I wanted to see for myself. He has Prestigious LeBlanc so maybe it was legit.
To my dismay, he bought Fiendish Codex and Chalice of Harmony and I somehow knew my team would have an utility LeBlanc. I asked If he was going to rush Athene's. He rushed Deathfire Grasp, which is ok, and then Athene's Unholy Grail that doesn't really seem to do much for her.
At the end of the game, that lasted 45 min (ARAM), the build looked like this:
Sorcerer's Shoes
Zhonya's Hourglass
Void Staff
Deathfire Grasp
Abyssal Mask
I then asked myself: "why no Rabadon's Deathcap?" you're supposed to snuff people, and he really didn't kill anyone without a considerable amount of help.
I decided to ignore, thinking I'd never see such thing in the near future.
I was wrong...
So wrong.
Seems to be the most popular build for APc's in ARAM at least. I caught Syndras, Xeraths and some others building this, usually not with Deathfire Grasp since it's a bit hard to have such long games.
Is there an actual reason to build like this? Because, ofc, if you even ask, you're already flaming.... z.z
